WQ STUDIO (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you use any of our applications and games (each, an “App”).

This policy applies to all Apps published by WQ STUDIO. Some Apps offer specific features — such as photo editing, document handling, habit tracking, or meal planning — that involve the types of data described below. Where a feature is not present in a particular App, the related data is not collected by that App.

By using any of our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, physical address, phone number, or email address unless you voluntarily provide it (for example, by contacting us via email).

Our Apps may automatically collect certain non-personal information through third-party services to ensure proper functionality, analytics, advertising, and performance monitoring, as described below.

The following information may be collected automatically while using our Apps:

• Preferences and personal settings you enter, which may include dietary preferences, allergies, health or habit information, or similar details, where an App offers those features

Wherever technically possible, this content is processed on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. Where a specific feature requires processing on a server (for example, certain conversions or AI-based features), the relevant content is transmitted securely, used only to perform that feature, and not retained longer than necessary to deliver the result. The App will make clear when a feature involves this kind of processing.

We do not use your photos, documents, dietary information, health or habit data, or other personal content for advertising, and we do not share this content with advertising or analytics providers.

4. Third-Party Services

Our Apps use trusted third-party services that may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Advertising. We display advertisements using third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob. These services may show personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your consent and your region. Where required, we present a consent choice before ads are shown.

Analytics and performance. We use analytics and diagnostics services, including Google Firebase, to understand how users interact with our Apps, improve stability and performance, and monitor crashes and technical issues.

Push notifications. We may use push notification services to send App updates, important notices, and optional promotional messages. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

Relevant third-party providers include Google (AdMob, Firebase, Google Play services) and the app stores through which our Apps are distributed. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

5. In-App Purchases

All in-app purchases are processed securely by the official app stores (such as the Google Play Store or Apple App Store).

We do not collect, store, or process payment information such as credit card or billing details.

6. How We Use Information

Collected information is used solely to:

• Provide and improve App features and user experience
• Monitor App performance and stability
• Display advertisements
• Deliver push notifications

• Users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR): you have these rights, and you may withdraw consent to personalized advertising at any time through the in-App privacy or consent settings.
• Users in California and other U.S. states with privacy laws: you may have the right to know what data is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information.

You can exercise these rights, including requesting deletion of data associated with you, by contacting us at the email below, or by using any in-App account or data-deletion option where provided.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13, or under the applicable minimum age in their country (for example, up to 16 in parts of the European Economic Area). If you believe a child has provided personal data through one of our Apps, please contact us and we will take appropriate action to remove it.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect user information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
